How It Works
The process is simple, structured, and designed to build momentum over time. Each step ensures your student stays focused and on track.
1. Diagnostic & Onboarding
We begin with a deep review of academics, activities, goals, and timeline. You receive a clear, personalized roadmap.
2. Strategy Meetings
Meetings follow a structured schedule aligned to grade-level milestones. Each session ends with clear priorities and action items.
3. Ongoing Guidance
Between meetings, students complete tasks and share updates. I provide targeted feedback and refine strategy as needed.
4. Application Execution
In senior year, we shift into weekly meetings during peak season to finalize essays, applications, and submissions with confidence.
Private Consulting Packages
Fixed annual packages by stage, running June (summer starts) → May (school ends). Grades 7–11 are prorated based on the month of enrollment. Grade 12 is a flat non-prorated package.

Payment Terms
- Packages are billed one year at a time.
- Annual fees are paid upfront at enrollment.
- Grades 7–11: prorated by remaining months.
- Grade 12: no prorate.
Refund & Renewal Policy
- Renew annually if continuing.
- No multi-year commitment.
- Grades 7–11: refunds prorated by remaining months.
- Grade 12: no refunds after August 1.
